WELCOME!

Hey there! Welcome to my blog! This my second blog, following my blog "Blog of an Anime Artist". But this one is completely different. That's right, no soul society, no Mariya Yattamori, no Soul Reapers, nothing at all. Instead, I'm letting you look into one of my favorite sports, Indy Car Racing. So, if you love racing, cars, crashing, comedy, adventure, romance, and a few blasts from the past, then this is the Blog for you. If not, you're loss. So, enjoy and come back next Saturday when the next part is released! Thanks!

Pit 26

Tharin's eyes widen as he recognizes her, though he seems too stunned to even move or speak. But, his actions come through as something else to the guards, who slap him one more time.
"What are you gawking at, you imbecile." the guard spits.
"Quiet." Antiochus orders, silencing the guard, "Alright, now, what is this boy's name, and why have you thought he is a massive criminal?"
"Sir, this man is Tharin Rishidic. He is wanted throughout the region for pouching in restriced areas and stealing game already caught by others." the guard says, before becoming more serious, "Also, he's wanted for suspicion of murder...of a child.
Icicene's eyes widen in alarm, as well as Antiochus'.
Tharin whips his head up.
"I did no such thing!" Tharin yells, before being a slap in the face silences him again.
"Do not speak!" the guard yells again.
"OUT!" Icicene commands, pointing at the guard who has been Tharin's warden til now, making Naomi and Alonsa jump a bit.
The guard blinks in surprise.
"B-But Princess-" the guard stutters.
"I said OUT!" Icicene yells again.
Without another word, the guard left, leaving Tharin surprised and speechless by what Icicene had just done. Even Antiochus and Laodice are taken back by his daughter's actions.
"Icicene.." Antiochus whispers, causing Icicene to calm a bit as Laodice rubs her back, a trick that she apparently used when Icicene was younger.
"Continue, please." Laodice says to Alexios.
He nods.
"This crime took place about three years ago, and he has been running ever since then, seeing as how he became an orphan at the age of 10 when his mother died, as people from his old village told us." Alexios continues from where the last guard had left, "This is the first time in the last 8th months that he's even been seen."
"Alright then, so, is there any proof that this boy is indeed a murderer?" Antiochus asks.
"Well, there's the fact that he was at the scene fleeing the home when the body was found, and Villagers identified that the dagger used did belong to him, and considering that there was no one in the house besides him and the child, it seemed almost elementary." another guard answers.
Antiochus nods.
"I admit, it does sound realistic. But, for some reason, in my opinion, it seems too convienent." Antiochus confesses, before turning to Laodice, "What do you think?"
"I think that it is indeed convienent. And besides, how old is this boy?" Laodice asks.
"16 years, Your Higness." Alexios answers.
"That would mean he comitted the crime when he was just 13! I cannot believe it!" Laodice confesses.
"I do agree, but they do have alright evidence." Antiochus agrees, "I guess we have no choice but to-"
"Father, wait." Icicene interupts.
"Icicene? What is it?" Antiochus asks, surprised by his daughter's actions once more.
"Let him go free." Icicene asks.
Tharin's eyes widen as Antiochus and Laodice gasp.
"Icicene, why do you think he should go free?" Laodice asks.
Icicene looks over at Tharin, who's eyes are wider then before. She sighs.
"Because...I gave him permission to hunt in the orchards." Icicene lies.
Laodice gasps.
"What? When?" Antochus asks.
"Remember when we stopped at that pub for food in the village?" Icicene asks.
Antiochus and Laodice nod.
"Yes." Laodice says.
"Well, while there, I met this boy and we started talking about hunting. Then, I told him that he could hunt in the orchards, as long as he made sure not to catch anything over, um, the weight of an Albertros." Icicene continues, before turning towards Tharin, "Correct, Tharin?"
Tharin just stares at her for a moment, before nodding.
"T-That's right, Your Highness." Tharin agrees, bowing.
Antiochus and Laodice stare at Tharin for a moment, before looking at each other, and nodding.
"It is your decision, Icicene." Laodice says.
"Princess, please do not let this rouge's appearance fool you. He is a criminal-!" Alexios says as Icicene walks down the steps to stand in front of Tharin.
"-You hold your tounge!" Icicene snaps, surprising everyone, even Naomi.
"Whoa." Naomi comments.
"She's sounds like Calankaiana, doesn't she." Alonsa says.
"Like her young sister." Naomi agrees, grinning.
Icicene makes a motion at the guards, causing them to step back from Tharin. She walks closer, lifting his head.
He seems to be blushing, not believing what she just did for him.
"I do not see this man as a rouge, just a lost and confused boy with no place to call home." Icicene says, as she turns back to face her parents, "I say he goes free."
Antiochus nods.
"As you request, Icicene." Antiochus says, before gestering at the guards, "Untie him."
"No, let me." Icicene says.
"No, Princess, you don't have to.." Tharin starts.
"Just stay silent Tharin." Icicene instructs.
Tharin does as told.
After a few moments of awkward, she leans over to able herself to whisper in his ear.
"I am sorry, this is mostly my fault." Icicene whispers.
He chuckles.
"Are you kidding? The fact that I was even in the orchards is my fault. Do not go blamming yourself on me." Tharin says, reminding Naomi of something Heru had said, "But tell me, why did you not tell me you are the Princess?"
Icicene falls silent as she finishes the first knot.
"I thought...that if you I told you, you might try to gain riches from me." Icicene admits.
"Do I really look like that kind of guy? I didn't even want the prize you and I shot at, but you gave it to me." Tharin says.
"True."
"I am not a murderer." Tharin whispers, his voice stronger.
Icicene grins.
"I believe you." Icicene says as she undoes the last knot, freeing Tharin.
"Alright then, you may leave." Antiochus says, pointing at the opening door.
"Actually, I wish that he be at least attended to for his injuries and clothes, if that is alright." Icicene says.
"Fine, take him to the empty living chambers." Antiochus orders.
The guards nod as they begin to lead him out, Tharin following close behind.
"I'll follow shortly to check up on you." Icicene calls after them.
As the doors close, Tharin turns and smiles, causing blush to rise to Icicene's cheeks.
She quickly trots back to her throne, sitting gracefully.
"I apologize, Demetrius, you may continue." Antiochus says as Demetrius walks back in front of them.
"That is alright, Your Majesty. And might I say, that I aplaud what you did, Princess." Demetrius compliments.
Icicene grins.
"Thank you." Icicene replies, feeling a bit more comfortable then she did when she first met him, "Continue."
"Of course. As I was saying, I would be honored if you, the beautiful and lovely Princess Icicene, would do the honor of joining me tonight at my table during the feast this evening." Demetrius asks.
Naomi sighs a sigh of relief.
"I thought he was about to pop the big question." Naomi sighs.
"Not yet, unlike Chuma, this man is actually quite a good man." Alonsa says.
"But Tharin is better." Naomi comments.
"Indeed." Alonsa agrees.
"I do believe that that arrangement is doable, Icicene?" Antiochus says, tunring towards Icicene.
She nods.
"Of course, Father." Icicene agrees, a little hidden sarcasim in her voice.
"Alright, we will see you later tonight. Icicene, you may go." Laodice says as she nods towards Icicene.
Icicene grins as she rises.
"Thank you Mother, " she says before she curtsies in front of Demetrius, "I shall see you later tonight."
He bows.
"Until then, Princess." Demetrius answers.
She grins as she walks away, hoping that none of them notice the quickness of her steps.
As the door closes behind her, she picks up her skirts, and begins running towards the guest chambers, where Tharin is being attended.
"You're in a hurry." Naomi comments as she appears beside Icicene.
Icicene chuckles.
"Don't blame me, I want to make sure he's alright." Icicene responds.
"You seem more interested in him then that Demetrius guy." Naomi comments.
Icicene trips up for a moment as Naomi's words register in her mind, though she catches herself before she falls.
"I um.." Icicene starts as she begins to blush, "I think he's a nice man, nothing more."
As she still runs, Naomi chuckles.
...Sure that's what you think...for now...

Pit 25

Icicene grunts as she works herself back through the hole in the palace walls, moving fast not to be seen by any guards that might still be chasing her, Naomi and Alonsa following close behind. As soon as she pushes the stone back into place, which turns and slides down to sit against the bolder, panting.
"Hey...are you alright?" Naomi asks.
Icicene looks up at her, a tear forming in her eye.
"Not really. In fact, I feel quite horid." Icicene answers, "I can not believe I left Tharin out there in the orchards."
"It's not your fault, Icicene." Alonsa says.
"In truth, it is, I do not need you to cheer me with those simple lies." Icicene says.
"Icicene.." Naomi says.
Icicene responds by standing and wiping her eyes, removing any trace of crying. Within moments, they find themselves in one of the white marble hallways, her footsteps silent as she rushes by each othe rooms. At last, they reach the door to Icicene's bedroom, shutting the door quietly, but quickly, turning to the wardrobe as soon as they're sure it's sealed. She quickly takes off her stain subdued skirts, replacing them with a orange tinted dress, simple, yet elegant. She brushes the shrub from her hair and puts gold assesories into her hair to dress it up, matching it with earrings, cuffs, and bands, replacing her spartian sandals with more elegant ones, a little heel on the back. Finally, after putting on some eyeshadow, she turns towards them.
"How do I look?" Icicene asks as she ties a gold cord around her waist.
"Depressed."Naomi answers.
Icicene sighs.
"Thank you so very much. I feel a thousand times better." Icicene commets sarcastically.
A sudden knock at the door makes them all jump in their skin.
"Your Higness? I have something for you." Asia's voice says from the other side of the door.
"Something for me?" Icicene asks as she opens the door, "What is it?"
"I do not know, but I found it outside with a arrow attached to it and a I, so I guessed it is for you." Asia answers as she hands a box to Icicene, an arrow attached to the top, an I marked on the arrow head, "I shall leave you to it."
Asia grins as she closes the door behind her, leaving Icicene once again alone in the room. She turns and looks over the box, noting the nice carvings along the sides of the box.
"What do you think it could be?" Naomi asks as she floats down to Icicene's side.
"I truly do not know." Icicene answers as she walks over to her bed, sitting down on the crisp clean sheets.
She sits the box down in front of her and quickly works at the rope holding the lid on to the bottom. When it finally comes loose, she lifts the lid to see what's inside.
Naomi and Alonsa float oer to see, and their eyes widen when they see what's inside.
Inside, beside a beautifully carved key, is the necklace Heru had given Calankaiana years ago, and the same Naomi wears around her neck, under her shirt.
"How beautiful." Icicene says as she looks over the necklace, a smile rising to her cheeks.
"Who..gave that to her..?" Naomi asks.
Icicene looks up at her.
"What is wrong?" Icicene asks.
Naomi becomes quiet as she takes the back of the chain holding the pendant and pulls it, revealing the same pendant that Icicene holds in her hands. The sight of it causes Icicene to gasp, putting her pendant back in the box before staring at Naomi's.
"How did you get your's?" Icicene asks.
"I got it from Alonsa." Naomi answers as she looks oer at Alonsa.
Icicene turns towards Alonsa.
"Were you the one that gave this to me?" Icicene asks.
Alonsa shakes her head.
"I did not." Alonsa answers, "And to tell the truth, that necklace had actually been given to Heru, and he later gave it to Neema's daughter, and so on and so forth. So the only person who could of had it must of been a descendent of Neema's daughter."
Icicene's eyes widen.
"You said Tharin was a descendent of this Neema, did you not?" Icicene asks.
Naomi's eyes now widen as well.
"That's right. Do you think he gave it to you?" Naomi asks.
Icicene shakes her head.
"I don't believe so. Remember that he didn't even know who I was when I met him in the orchards." Icicene answers.
"That is true." Alonsa agrees.
Icicene sighs as she lifts it over her head, placing the pendant nicely around her neck. Her thoughts then turn towards the key.
"What is this for?" Icicene asks as she picks it up, looking it over.
Naomi and Alonsa look over it too.
"Who knows, hae you lost any keys lately?" Naomi asks.
"No." Icicene answers.
Suddenly, there's a knock at the door.
"Yes?" Icicene calls.
"Icicene, it's me. Myla and I have come to help you get ready for tonight." Cleopatra's voice calls from the other side of the door.
Icicene grins.
"Alright, come on in." Icicene says as she puts the box aside.
Within minutes, Icicene is in the midst of her dressing, smiling brightly as she looks over the green silk. Soon, they redo her hair, pulling it back into a loose bun, strands of hair falling out, as designed, two gold headbands keeping it from becoming completely undone. In front of these two is a tiara, the gem sitting nicely in the middle of her forehead. Her earring are changed out for emerald dew-drop earrings, matching her emerald encrusted cuffs. They do her makeup next, using a plain paste to rid of any exposed blemishes. Next, they use powerful silver and gold eyeshadow to show out her eyes causing them to pop like blue flame.
After setting a light blush and faded pink lip stain, as it appeared to be, another knock at the door comes.
"Princess, Demetrius of Bactria has arrived and is waiting in the Throne Hall for you." a man says from the other side of the door.
Icicene sighs.
"Alright, I will be there soon."  Icicene calls back, getting up from her chair.
"Do you want one of us to come with you?" Cleopatra asks.
Icicene grins down at her.
"Would you want to come with me?" Icicene asks.
Cleopatra smiles.
"Yes, of course!" Cleopatra answers.
"Alright, let us go then." Icicene says as she takes Cleopatra's hand and begins to walk towards the door, looking back at Asia, "You may come as well."
Asia grins.
"As you wish, Princess." Asia says as she follows close behind the sisters.
Minutes later, Icicene, Cleopatra, Asia, Naomi, and Alonsa find themseleves standing in front of the door to the Throne Hall. As she stands there, Icicene feels her heart beginning to beat faster, something that Naomi senses, floating down to her side.
"Hey, it'll be alright." Naomi says, smiling.
Icicene grins.
"Thank you." Icicene answers as the door opens.
It reveals a long hall, a larger area at the other end, drapped by many sheer curtains hung from the high ceiling, skylights letting in some of the setting sunlight.
"Alright, you go on ahead Cleopatra." Icicene says as she lets go of Cleopatra's hand, "Asia, go with her."
Asia nods.
"Yes, Princess." Asia says as she takes Cleopatra's open hand, "Come along, Young Princess."
"See you in a minute, sister." Cleopatra calls over her shoulder as she walks ahead.
"See you then." Icicene calls back as she waves, smiling.
Cleopatra smiles and turns back following Asia close.
Icicene continues to grin as she watches Cleopatra go.
"She's such a great child." Alonsa comments.
"Indeed. I am happy to call her my younger sister." Icicene agrees.
"Well, shouldn't we follow them?" Naomi asks.
"Not yet." Icicene answers.
"Why not?" Naomi asks.
"I have not been announced yet." Icicene answers, "But as soon as we hear the horn, we shall go."
"What horn?-" Naomi starts.
Suddenly, a loud horn sounds from farther down the hall.
"That one." Icicene says as she begins to walk down the the tile floor.
"Hey, wait up." Naomi calls as she catches up with Icicene, Alonsa following close behind.
"Presenting her Royal Highness, the eldest daughter of King Antiochus the Third and Queen Laodice the Third, Rulers of the Selecuid Empire, the beautiful and wise, Princess Icicene 1 Penella." An announcer calls from the end of the hall, the curtains pulled back to reveal her as she comes to be about five feet from the entrance to the bigger area. She looks ahead to see her parents sitting at their thrones, a smaller one set inbetween them for her. And, by them, is an man, maybe 16, gawking at her as she strides gracefully towards the space, probably Demetrius the first of Bactria.
He's plump, but skinny enough that it's not too irritating to look at. His hair is brown, and curly, though short and well kept. A crown sits upon his head, dignifying him as royalty. His toga is made of expensive fabric, gold assesories mixed with his attire, as well as his Spartian sandals. He bows as she finally enters the space, seeing Cleopatra and Asia standing off to the side.
"My Lady, you are more gorgeous then they say. It is a honor to be in your pressence, Princess." Demetrius says as he bows once again.
Icicene grins.
...he doesn't seem that bad...
"Oh, forgive me for my manners. I am Demetrius the first of Bactria." Demetrius says as he walks closer to her.
"Pleased to make your aquantince, my Lord." Icicene answers as she curtsies, "And, as just spoken, I am Princess Icicene the first Penella of the Seleucid Empire."
"Humbled to make your aquantance." Demetrius says as he takes her hand, and kisses it.
"As you should be." Icicene says in the nicest way possible, getting an uneasy feeling as his lips leave her hand.
He grins as he escorts her to her throne, bowing as she sits, then stepping back.
"Now, what is it that you want with Princess Icicene?" Antiochus asks.
"Your Higness, if I might be so bold, I would like if I-" Demetrius starts.
"Your Majesty." a head guard interupts, coming from behind the throne.
"Alexios, what is the meaning of this interuption!" Antiochus yells, irritated by Alexios' actions.
"I am deeply sorry, my King, but we have caught a repeated fellin, and we wish that you pass judgement upon him." Alexios explains.
Antiochus sighs.
"Alright, bring him forth." Antiochus orders.
Alexios nods and makes some type of hand signal, triggering the men at the door to open it.
Already from inside, Icicene, Naomi, and the others can here a struggle from the other side of the wooden door, which is already half-way open.
"Let go of me, I am innocent!" a familiar young man's voice yells, causing Icicene's eyes to widen.
"Stay silent, ruffian!" another guard yells, before there's a loud crack noise, followed by an painful grunt.
Finally, the criminal is thrown into the room, beaten, and bleeding from his mouth. His clothes are torn and his bow n' arrow have vanished, probably confiscated.
"We found him in the palace orchards, we believe that their might of been another, but they got away before we could catch them, and this brute will not confess the person's idenity." one of the guards explains.
"That is because I do not know it myself. Besides, she did nothing." the man answers.
"No one told you to speak!" the same guard yells, hitting him again.
"Hey, calm down. Now boy, let's see your face." Antiochus says.
The guard takes his hair and pulls it back, revealing what Icicene was too scared to admit to herself.
Though, as he looks her dead in her eyes, it's inescapable now.
Tharin...

Pit 24

Her jaw drops slightly as she stares at him, in shock, surprised to see him in such a random place.
"Naomi." Alonsa voice calls, surprising her a bit.
"Huh?" Naomi stutters, brought back to the somewhat reality.
She looks over to see Alonsa and Icicene staring at her, wondering why she hasn't followed them.
She sighs and floats over, looking over her shoulder to catch another glimpse of Heru, a.k.a. Tharin, only to see that he's now gone.
"What were you looking at?" Icicene asks in a quiet tone, only loud enough for Alonsa and Naomi to hear.
"I thought I saw something, but nevermind about it. Where are we?" Naomi asks, changing the subject.
"This is the Temple of Selene, the Goddess of the Moon. Though much smaller then ones in other city-states, this one is fine for this community." Icicene answers as she points to the great figure in the middle of the temple, the marble reflecting the sunlight coming through a skylight in the roof beautifully.
"Why are we here?" Naomi asks, gazing up at the statue.
"To pay our respect of course." Icicene answers, "For some reason, Selene has always been my favorite of the Gods and Goddesses, to the point of which my parents have called her to be my protector. And, to the extent of my knowledge, I believe she accepted it."
"That's nice." Naomi comments, smiling.
Icicene chuckles.
"In some light, yes, but I do believe some of the other Goddesses are angered with me." Icicene says.
Naomi and Alonsa blink in surprise.
"Why would they be angered with you?" Naomi asks.
"Because of the fact that I chose Selene without a second thought to be my protecting Goddess. My parents say that the night I was born, Hera ordered Poiseidon to kill me by causing a giant wave to flood the palace I was in. But, because it was night, Selene used her powers to cause the tide to be small if not none-existent, and saved me from premature death. Though, a priest did come come a month or two ago and said that Hera and Poiseidon might still wish death upon me." Icicene explains, "Though, because the water nearby is a river, only 27 hands at most, I believe I'll be alright."
"Good, but that still sounds rough." Naomi answers.
"It's alright, now excuse me." Icicene says as she walks towards an altar.
Naomi nudges Alonsa.
"Why are you allowing her to praise Gods and Goddesses when you now there's only one God?" Naomi asks.
"Because one, it's where she lives, and two, she actually is worshipping something og God." Alonsa answers.
Naomi's eyes widen in surprise.
"What?"
"You see, Naomi, Selene is actually an Angel of God. She's rather powerful and has been called by many names before, though Selene is her true name." Alonsa explains, "And Hera, she's an Angel too, the highest female Angel in Heaven, though her name is actually Serenity."
"Oh, what about the boys?" Naomi asks.
"They too are angels. Take Poiseidon for instance. He's a powerful Angel as well, but his real name is Phillip."
"What about Zeus?"
"Zeus, like Hera, is the Highest angel, except being a male. But you probably know him as the ArcAngel, Michael."
"Oh, I've heard of him." Naomi says.
Alonsa nods.
"As I hope you should."
"Alright, I have payed my respects." Icicene says as she walks back over, finishing the conversation between Naomi and Alonsa.
"Now where do we go?" Alonsa asks.
"Now, we go play." Iciene answers, running out of the temple, Naomi and Alonsa flying after.
"Play?" Naomi asks.
"You will understand when we start." Icicene reassures her, grinning.
Within ten minutes, the trio find themselves in a olive orchard, still as Iciene watches the skies.
"What are we-" Naomi starts.
"Hush!" Icicene whispers, quieting them.
Suddenly, Icicene whips her bow around, pulls the arrow back on the string, and let's it fly, all within 15 seconds.
"Why did you-?" Naomi starts again.
A large object falls to Earth with a hard thud, the arrow Icicene just shot sticking through it. Naomi and Alonsa float over and gasp when they see it's an ugly black crow bleeding on the ground, now dead.
"How the heck did you do that?!" Naomi asks, stunned by Icicene's aim.
"I was taught by a Spartian archer how to string a bow at the age of 5, then he taught me how to aim and shoot by putting me up against his men, all of which I defeated by the age of 7." Icicene answers.
"Wow..." Alonsa and Naomi answer.
Naomi looks at the bird, and notices something off.
"Hey, Icicene." Naomi asks.
"Yes, Naomi?" Naomi answers.
"Why are there two arrows in the bird you shot?" Naomi asks.
Icicene and Alonsa blink, taken by surprise.
"What?" Icicene asks, turning to see.
Her eyes widen as she looks at it, surprised to see that what Naomi said is true.
"Hello over there!" a familiar voice calls from over the hill.
Naomi's eyes widen as she watches who comes into view.
"It's Tharin.." Naomi whispers, loud enough only for Alonsa to hear.
Tharin, or Heru as she best knows her, wears a tan tunic, a leather belt fastened tight around his waist, matching his brown leather sandals. Like Icicene, he not only holds a bow n' arrow, but he actually looks younger then Heru, probably more 16 then 20. His hair is shorter, spiked at the tips actually.
"May I help you, boy?" Icicene asks.
Naomi looks over at her to see that Icicene doesn't have any idea who she's talking to! You would think that she would recognize her lover from her past life.
"Um, I would, if you would not mind, like to take my bird." Tharin asks.
Icicene raises an eyebrow.
"What do you mean "your bird"? I was the one that shot it down." Icicene says, bringing out Calankaiana.
"No, I'm afraid that I am the one that brought it down, I hit the wing." he answers, pointing at the arrow sticking out of the birds right wing.
Icicene laughs.
"Well, I hit it through the heart without looking." Icicene says, pointing at her own arrow.
Tharin grins and laughs.
"Alright, you may keep it." Tharin says, "Nice shot by the way, I've never even seen a skilled Archer do what you did."
"Then you better get out more." Icicene says, "In my day, I've met more men who could do what I just did with their eyes shut and shooting from 1000 hands away."
Tharin sighs.
"That's impressive, you must of visited Sparta or Athens."
"Both, in fact."
"Amazing, I wish I could travel to Athens." Tharin says.
Icicene becomes interested.
"Really? What would you do once you got there?" Icicene asks.
Tharin sits under one of the olive trees and sighs, before looking back up at her.
"I want to go to Egypt." Tharin answers.
Icicene's eyes widen.
"Egypt?" Icicene repeats.
Naomi senses Icicene's caution as Egypt is brought up, probably feeling nostalgic from Calankaiana's impact.
"Yes, I've learned from my parents and their parents that I meant for fortune there, for they say I'm a descendant of a Pharaoh." Tharin explains.
Naomi has chills go down her spine as his words sink in. Then, she turns towards Alonsa.
"Alonsa, is that true?" Naomi asks.
Alonsa sighs.
"Yes, after your death, Heru took the throne, and Neema, who after the fallen angel left changed her ways, and she married a good man, and had children. So, in retrospect, Calankaiana is Tharin's great something aunt." Alonsa answers.
"Wow." Naomi says, before turning back towards Icicene.
"That is an interesting reason, um.." Icicene starts, not knowing Tharin's name.
"Tharin."
"Tharin. I hope that you acheive your expections." Icicene says as she picks the bird up by the leg.
After a moment, she holds it out to Tharin, taking him by surprise.
"What are you doing?" Tharin asks.
"Giving you your prize." Icicene says as she gives him the bird, smiling.
Tharin stares at her for a moment, before smiling.
"I thought you hit it through the heart." Tharin says.
Icicene grins, stepping closer to him.
"I thought you wanted to eat it." Icicene answers him.
Tharin chuckles, taking the bird from her, now standing what feels like only inches from Icicene.
"Oh, and your name, my Lady?" Tharin asks.
Icicene blushes for the first time as Tharin calls her something noble.
"Uh, my name is-" Icicene starts.
"Trespassers!" A man yells from over the hill.
"Oh, no." Icicene says.
"Palace guards." Tharin says.
Icicene turns towards him in alarm.
"Tharin go! If they catch you, you will be imprisoned!" Icicene says.
"What about you?!" he asks, more worried about her then himself, surprising her.
"I will be fine, now run!" Icicene says, as she grabs his hand in one hand, her skirts in the other.
They run far into the orchard, hearing the guards calling in groups.
"Their pouchers! Capture them!" the same man calls, probably the head.
Without warning, Icicene feels a root come over her foot, her chance at freedom now dwindling.
"Ugh!" Icicene groans as she hits the ground.
"My Lady!" Tharin calls, not knowing Icicene's name.
"Stop, Ruffians!" the man calls.
Tharin looks over his shoulder, until he grunts and pushes Icicene ahead.
"Go!" Tharin says, pushing her on.
"But-" Icicene starts.
"GO!" Tharin snaps, causing Icicene to run as fast as she can.
"Keep going, and do not look back!" Tharin calls, his voice cutting off as the men over take it.
Naomi looks over and gasps as she looks at Icicene.
Tears stream down her face.

Pit 23

Naomi gulps as she floats over to Icicene, who's eyeing them causiously.
"Speak!" Icicene orders, taking Naomi and Alonsa both by surprise.
"Ok, ok, calm down." Naomi says, behind Alonsa now for some reason.
"Well, who are you?" Icicene asks again.
"Princess Icicene," Alonsa starts, her appearance startling Icicene.
"Asia, is that you?" Icicene asks.
Alonsa sighs.
"Yes, it is." she answers.
"B-But that is impossible, you just left the room!?-" Icicene starts.
"I know, in this time, I have left, but I'm from a different time, dear Princess." Alonsa explains.
Naomi lifts an eyebrow at Alonsa politeness.
...Why doesn't she treat me like this?...
"And who is the figure behind you with the voice that echoed mine?" Icicene asks, pointing as Naomi.
Naomi sighs and walks around Alonsa, Icicene entering the state of shock when she sees her face, a little like Calankaiana's was.
"Hey there, Icicene." Naomi says, smiling.
Icicene just gapes at her.
"W-Why-How do you look like me?!" Icicene asks.
Naomi sighs and puts her hand on Icicene head, causing Icicene to freeze in place.
"Icicene, I'm you, in another time" Naomi explains.
Icicene's eyes widen in shock.
"You...are me?" Icicene asks.
Naomi nods.
Icicene looks away for a moment, then sighs.
"For some reason that is still beyond me, I believe you." Icicene says as she looks up at Naomi, "But tell me one thing, why are you here?"
Naomi and Alonsa look at each other, before Naomi sighs.
"Icicene, we're here to see what Naomi used to be like in her past life as you." Alonsa answers, lying to an extent.
Icicene buys it.
"Well, alright. But tell me one thing. Why is it that I am the only that can see you?" Icicene asks.
"It's becuase since you and Naomi are the same person, you pretty much share a thread of the same soul." Alonsa explains.
Both Naomi and Icicene looks at her like a she's a fool, causing Alonsa to grin.
"Well, you two certainly are the same person, judging from that look." Alonsa says.
Icicene and Naomi look at each other, and smile, finding an unspoken trust in one another.
"Princess Icicene? Are you still in there?" Asia calls from the other side of the door.
"Y-Yes, be right out." Icicene calls before turning back to face Naomi and Alonsa, "Asia and the others cannot see you two, correct?"
"That's right." Naomi answers.
"Alright, just follow me then, we can speak later in the olive orchards." Icicene insturcts, before turning and walking towards the doors.
"Alright." both Naomi and Alonsa answer, floating close behind.
Icicene opens the door to see Asia smiling down at her, before taking her wrist.
"Come along, my Lady, you need to be fitted for your gown." Asia says as they turn down into another hallway off the one they had traveled through before.
Within minutes, they find themselves in another large room, fabric shrewn left and right in the most beautiful ways, sunlight trying to shine through the fibers. In the middle of the room sits a mirror and a short podium, probably for Icicene to stand on. Naomi soon finds herself correct as Icicne steps onto it, soon met by a plump older lady, probably in her 40s, maybe early 50s. The pair talk for a few minutes before the lady, who Icicene calls Myla,  disappears into a side room behind the mirror, soon returning with a dress made of the most elegant of silk, dyed to be a light green. Icicene blues eyes shine brighter as she spots the dress, happy with it in all ways.
"Oh Myla, this dress is gorgeous!" Icicene compliments, causing Myla to grin.
"Why, thank you, my dear." Myla answers, grinning as she helps Icicene onto the podium, "Now, allow me to fit this on you."
Icicene nods as Myla helps her get her dress off, and put the new party gown. Within minutes, Naomi finds herself gawking once againat Icicene's dress, watching as she spins gracfully in the finr silk. Of course, the dress has turned out wonderfully, the accents of gold, silver, and many different colored gems running down the front and the bottom of the skirts. Icicene laughs as the draped fabric dances around her feet as she spins. The top is the same as her other dress, though the draping is slightly different. Though, instead ofthe gold waist band of her other dress, she wears that of a deep green ribbon, stiched with multigemed accents through the middle of the band. She giggles and spins once again, happy as can be. Myla laughs, loving Icicene's young enthusiasm.
"Oh, Your Majesty, you are like that of a newborn bird, flapping your wings beautifully as if about to take flight!" Myla laughs, causing Icicene to glow in the happiest ways, "Alright, my dear, it's time you take it off until the ball tonight. I shall send it to your chamber in a while."
"Oh, please Myla, allow me to where it to my rooms, I'll do all in my power to make sure no one sees me go." Icicene pleads, not wanting to take off her dress.
Myla thinks for a moment, before she sighs and grins.
"Oh, alright, but be sure to take your other skirts with you, I don't your siblings coming in here and stealing your ideals." Myla finally answers, handing Icicene her other dress.
Icicene nods.
"Yes, yes of course, thank you Myla." Icicene says as she jumps off the podium and walks to the door, giggling as she walks.
Soon, they return back to Icicene's room, and find themselves talking about Icicene and her life.
Apparently, she had been born in a summer palace off the water, now known as the mederteranian sea. She's really close to her young brother, and has been since she was born. Icicene has never been educated in mathmatics, but she is a great follower of literature and is one the best archers in Greece. And, even though she is a Princess, she admits that has never been outside the orchards of the village below, and when she does go out, she's in a carriage hiding her from the world, and she's not let outside the borders of the palaces she does visit.
It's now, as she listens to Icicene, Naomi discovers that Icicene is a very sheltered girl, not from love like Calankaiana, but from the outside world.
She turns to looks over at Alonsa.
"Well, you sure did give her love, Alonsa," Naomi starts, grabbing Alonsa's attention, "But, when you said you would give her love, I didn't think that you would not let her step outside."
Alonsa sighs.
"It was not me that didn't allow her to go out, it was her Mother." Alonsa answers.
Naomi's eyes widen.
"Really?" she asks.
Icicene nods.
"Yes, for some reason, Mother believes that I'll be attacked if I walk out of the boundaries of the Palace." Icicene explains.
Calankaiana suddenly pops into Naomi's mind, causes her to shrink a little.
Suddenly, Icicene stands and walks over to the to her wardrobe, pulling her skirts off over her head, leaving her only in her last two skirts. Quickly, she looks in her wardrope, and pulls out a green shaded dress, which seems to have grass stains running down the skirt.
"Icicene, what are you doing?" Naomi asks as Icicene pulls it over her head.
"Escaping." Icicene answers, grabbing a bare, rope cord hidden in the wardrope.
"Escaping?! What do you mean?" Alonsa asks, surprised by Icicene's answer.
"I'm going outside the orchards." Icicene answers as she ties the rope around her waist, causing the dress beautifully on her body.
Soon, they find themselves hiding from guards passing by, hoping not to be seen. But, while he passes, Icicene, steals his bow, and somehow works out 14 of his arrows, only leaving six behind. Still in shock that she was able to do that, Naomi and Alonsa watch as she works her way through some cracks in the palace walls, hidden by a large stone that Icicene must of placed herself. Within seconds, the trio are in a busy square, full of commoners and other children. Icicene grins as she runs past the people towards a large temple up a hill at the edge of the bustling city.
When they finally make it, Icicene calms and walks into the large building, pasting people who have no idea they're passing their Princess.
Naomi looks around in ah of their surroundings, wishing that she had more time to look around. Soon, she turns and looks around, and gasps.
Tharin..

Pit 22

Naomi and Alonsa float behind Icicene and Asia, taking in all the brilliant architecture, carved statues, and the loveliest artworks their eyes have ever seen. They soon come up to a grand cathedral doorway, gilded with carved silver, which matches the hinges and handles. Asia walks ahead and opens the door, bowing as Icicene curtsies and goes through the door, followed close by Naomi and Alonsa. Naomi looks around to see herself in what looks like an outside sitting area, vines hanging from wood bars above their heads. She looks over to see Icicene hurrying over to a older man nearby, sitting comfortably on a lounging couch dressed in fine linens. His dark, curly, brown hair is short, and he has no beard, taking Naomi by surprise, knowing that men in their 30s, like this man looks, usually have a full beard, though it compliments his blue eyes nicely. He, as said before, doesn't look too old, probably in his mid-30s, not many wrinkles carved from his face from age. Though, the look in his eyes say that he's seen much, though she probably wishes not to know.
"I have come to see you Father. How was your sleep?" Icicene asks as she kneels beside the couch.
The man turns his head and smiles.
"Oh, my little nypth, they were bland, though deep." Icicene's father answers as he caresses her cheek.
Naomi's eyes widen.
"I had a father..." Naomi trails off.
Alonsa turns towards Naomi and sighs, feeling a bit bad.
"Icicene?" a women calls from behind, taking everyone by surprise.
They all turn to see a beautiful women walking through one of the other doorways, another ladies' maid following close behind, dressed in something quite like Asia's dress, though tinted more of blue, then a light orange color like her's. The women has straight, dirty blonde hair that is a simple braid with some gold strands intertwined, framing her face nicely. She wears a brilliant blue dress that wraps elegantly around her body, ending with fabric going over her shoulder, kinda reminding Naomi of something a women from India would wear. The border on the blue fabric is gold gilded with gems and pearls, shinning in the sunlight which each steps she takes. Her makeup and jewelry is all plain and simple, a simple paste like Icicene's and the lightest of blue eyeshadow to off set her dark green eyes, while jewelry only consists of pearls and maybe a colorful gem here and there. That is, except for the beautiful gold tiara that sits perfectly on her head, carved masterfully to the smallest detail, depicting an angelic figure with some type of dragon looking creture on either side, and attached with many hanging ties, probably from Egyptian influence. Naomi feels her heart yearn for the lady, giving her an idea of who she might be.
"Alonsa, is that my-?" Naomi starts.
"-Mother, you are out of bed. Are you feeling well now?" Icicene asks as she stands, interupting Naomi's question, but ultimately answering it.
The women nods.
"Yes, it seems Eutykhia has spared us some good fortune, and Aceso has blessed me with returned health." the women answers as she sits on the couch beside Icicene's father, "Though it seems it'll be a little while before my full strength returns."
"Then, my sweet Laodice, try not to over excite yourself until your health is back and full." the father says, smiling.
Laodice grins.
"Alright, Antiochus." she agrees.
"Alonsa." Naomi says.
"Yes?" Alonsa asks.
"Can you tell me more about these people?" she asks.
"Well, as you've already guessed, the two here are your past parents, King Antiochus the third and Queen Laodice the third, the 6th rulers of the Seleucid Empire of Ancient Greece. Your father, though ambitious, became a fine ruler over the time of his reign, while your Mother married him right after he became King at the age of 18, not really ill-spoken, though was known to have a weaker immune system. But, it didn't seem to put much pressure on her." Alonsa explains.
Naomi's expression becomes that of confusion.
"What's that mean?" Naomi asks.
"It means that she was able to give birth to seven children." Alonsa answers.
"SEVEN KIDS?!" Naomi yells, not believing it.
Alonsa immediately flies over and covers her mouth as she notices Icicene gives them the idea that she might hear them, flinching at Naomi's voice.
"Yes, seven. Antiochus, Seleucus the fourth Philopater, Icicene the first Penella, a.k.a. you, then Laodice the fourth, Cleopatra the first Syra, Antiochis, and last, Mithridates." Alonsa whispers.
"So, I was the...thrid born?" Naomi asks, finally having her mouth uncovered.
"That's correct, but the first daughter, as well as the favorite." Alonsa answers, grinning.
Naomi smiles.
"I can't believe that I once had sisters! Sounds like a relief." Naomi comments.
"Really? Cause you didn't seem that fond of Neema, last I recall." Alonsa counters, smirking.
Naomi shutters as she thinks of Neema, Calankaiana's (a.k.a. her) rotten little sister, who seemed to know just how to get under her skin.
"So, why was it that you wanted to see me?" Icicene asks, distracting Naomi.
"Demetrius the first of Bactria, will be here by nightfall, we wanted you to find something to sing for him at tonight's banquet of welcome." Antiochus answers.
Icicene sighs.
...Another suitor, as usual...
Icicene's thought takes Naomi by surprise, stunned that she heard it.
"What is with suitors? Calankaiana had the same problem." Naomi comments.
Alonsa laughs.
"I must say, I don't know myself." Alonsa answers.
"What should I sing?" Icicene asks as she rises.
"Oh, I don't know. Something that befits that beautiful voice of yours." Antiochus answers getting up from his couch.
"How about that lullaby you used to sing me?" a younger says from behind them.
They all turn to see a young boy, probably about 9 years old, standing behind them, dressed in a tunic much more simple then Antiochus'. His hair is lighter colored, like Laodice's is, though his has more curl like his father. But, instead of green, his eyes are bright blue, like Icicene's.
"Which one, Mithridates?" Icicene asks.
"You were close to him." Alonsa whispers to Naomi.
"He's cute." Naomi comments.
"The only about Selene." Mithridates answers.
"That one is pretty." Laodice agrees.
"And it'll pay respect to Selene." Antiochus says, "That is it."
Icicene nods.
"Alright Father." Icicene says.
He nods in return, before turning and handing his hand to Laodice, who takes it and grins.
"Well, your mother and I shall be in the gardens if we need call." Antiochus says as they begin to walk out of the sitting area.
"Alright, I'll take Mithridates and begin to practice." Icicene says as she turns, taking Mirthridates hand.
The King and Queen nod and disappear behind a row of pillars. Icicene stairs in their direction for a moment, before she untenses and sighs, turning towards the door that Laodice came in through. Asia walks ahead like before and opens the doors for them, bowing as she does.
"Alonsa?" Naomi says.
"Yes?" Alonsa answers.
"Sorry, but this has been bugging me. How old is Icicene exactly?" Naomi asks.
Alonsa blinks.
"She's 14." Alonsa answers.
"14?!" Naomi yells.
Alonsa rushes back over to Naomi's side and covers her mouth as Icicene turns, seeming to hear them. Asia and Mithridates notice.
"What is wrong, your Highness?" Asia asks.
Icicene stares at Naomi.
"Asia? Do you see what I see?" Icicene asks as she turns to look back at Asia.
Naomi and Alonsa freeze.
"And what is it that you see, My Lady?" Asia asks.
Icicene turns back, staring right at Naomi. Naomi shakes her head.
...Please, don't tell her you see us. Trust me, we aren't here to harm you...
Naomi's thought races across her mind, as well as Icicene's, causes her to jump a little.
"Princess?" Asia says, her voice a little concerned.
Icicene nods and turns back.
"Oh, never mind, I guess I might of been daydreaming." Icicene says as she smiles, walking ahead of Asia.
"P-Princess! Wait!" Asia calls after her.
For a moment, Alonsa and Naomi don't move, at least until Alonsa finally let's go of her.
"She covered for us." Naomi says.
"But why?" Alonsa.
"Probably cause I asked her to."
Alonsa looks over at her in surprise.
"How could you ask her." Alonsa asks.
"Telepathically, I guess." Naomi answers, beginning to follow after Icicene.
After a few minutes, they come to a large space filled with many musical instruments. In the middle of the rotunda, there's a few chairs with what looks like a small harp, a flute, and maybe an early version of a piano, though it has no top to hide the strangely stringed underneath. Icicene grins as she sits at chair holding the harp, sitting nicely in the seat as she adjusts her skirts. Asia sits at the piano looking thing, while another girl, probably two years younger then Icicene sits to take the flute.
"Alright, so you'll be singing the moon lullaby?" Mithridates asks as at a seat nearby.
Icicene laughs.
"Yes, just for you." Icicene says as she smiles, before looking down at the instrument, putting her fingers masterfully on the frets.
"Whenever you're ready, Princess Icicene." Asia says.
Icicene nods, then looks back down. Soon, a sweet, but gracing melody begins to string in Icicene's fingers, soon accompanied by the high melody of the flute, and background of the piano. Then, it finally happens.
Icicene begins to sing.
"Twilight calls us to rest, though I
pay no heed to the call,
I stride in the light of the Moon, it
carries your voice over the fall

Olive branches fall past, though I
pay no heed to their share
For you and I shall meet, I can tell
this time you will be there

Selene, protect the love, the love
that we have set
For now that I see him, I know not
when we last met

The Moon soon will be not, back to the
Sunlight we all know
Though for long as we are here, please
do not let it easily go..."

Naomi feels her heart reach out to the song, seeming to now the majestic melody like the back of her own hand. She looks over to the surprise that Alonsa seems to be crying, remembering every note just like she does. She sighs and looks back over as Icicene plucks out each note with elegance and precision, wishing that she remembered those skills. But, as she thinks, she realizes something.
She has never sang a single note in her life.

"...Now the Sun calls us, back to the
homes that we have known
But I do not want to go back, if I
know you will be alone

We take each other, tight once more
in each other's embrace
But yet you still shed a tear, fear that
you will never again see my face

I tell to take heed, soon winter shall
take Gamelion with it
But even in the iced blasts, your
warmth will keep me lit

So do not fret, Selene protect the love
we now have come to share
For when you and I will meet, I know that
you will always be there."

The song ends with a beautiful melodic tune into a perfect chord, fading into the air. Icicene sits still for a moment, until Mithridates begins clapping, standing straight to applaud his elder sister. She laughs and smiles, looking at the other two in the trio.
"That was absolutely magnificent Cleopatra!" Icicene compliments the girl next to her, "The sound from that pipe was right on all levels, you have studied well."
The girl smiles big.
"You really believe so?!" Cleopatra asks.
"Of course, I am not one to lie." Icicene says, smiling.
Cleopatra giggles, then takes strong hold of Icicene, giving her a big hug. Icicene chuckles and hugs her back.
"Hey Alonsa, who's Cleopatra?" Naomi asks.
"She's Icicene's younger sister." Alonsa answers.
"Oh. No wonder, she looks a little like Icicene."
Cleopatra has brown hair, a little lighter then Icicene's, worn in a high ponytail, pink strands with clear beads connected to it strung nicely through her hair. Her eyes are a mix of green and blue, showing a genetic from both the mother and father. She wears a cute pink dress, simple in design, only having a little embellishment of gold and beads along the short sleeves and skirt. She wears little makeup and jewerly, only silver eyeshadow, with silver ball earrings matching a ribbon choker, a pink gem hanging from the silver clasp connecting to the silver ribbon.
"My Lady, shall we go through again?" Asia asks.
Icicene grins.
"Of course." Icicene agrees smiling.
Soon, the music plays up again, causing Naomi to sigh as Icicene sings the the song again in her angelic voice.
"I wish I could sing like that." Naomi comments.
"Have you ever tried?" Alonsa asks.
"No, not ever, my mom isn't big on music, and I played in orchestra during middle school." Naomi answers.
"Try."
Naomi looks confused.
"What?" Naomi asks.
"Try to sing the song Icicene is singing." Alonsa explains.
"What? I can't do that."
"Oh come on, just try." Alonsa pleads.
Naomi sighs again as she looks back over at Icicene, still in a trance as she sings the sweet melody, plucking each fret as she does.

"...The Moon will soon be not, back to the
Sunlight we all know..."

The next part instantly comes to her head.

"...Though for as long as we are here, please
do not let is easily go

Now the Sun calls us, back to the
homes we have known
But I do not want to go back, if I
know you are alone

We take each other, tight once more
in each other's embrace
But yet you still shed a tear, fear that
you will never again see my face..."

Icicene looks up at Naomi as she still sings, recognizing the voice as her own, though older and filled with more feeling, seeing as Naomi has experienced love like this through Calankaiana and Heru. Her eyes widen slightly when she sees that it's actually Naomi singing with her, but she makes it discrete enough that neither Asia or Cleopatra notice.

"...I tell you to take heed, soon winter shall
take Gamelion with it,
But even in the iced blasts, your
warmth will keep me it

So do not fret, Selene protect the love
we now have come to share
For when you and I will meet, I know that
you will always be there..."

Asia and Cleopatra clap, as well as Mithridates, while Icicene and Naomi just stare at each other, kinda still entranced by what just happened. Alonsa stares as Naomi in amazement, not believing that she really sounds exactly, if not better then Icicene.
"Well, your Highness, I am going to take these two to the King and Queen, then return to escort you to have fabrics for your new dress choosen, alright?" Asia says as she walk away from her piano thing to take Mithridates' hand, before Cleopatra's.
Icicene nods, and stands as Asia walks out. Icicene turns to put her harp down, waiting until Asia'a footsteps have become faint, before she turns back to face them.
"Who are you spectors? Goddesses? Demons? Nympths?" Icicene asks, finally getting somewhere with Alonsa and Naomi.

Pit 21

Naomi grins as she hears her mom sigh on the other end of the line.
"Are you sure you won't be able to contact me?" her mom asks.
"Yes Mom, I asked Alonsa five times. We'll be fine. We're just going to Mexico City for a week at most." Naomi lies, wishing she could tell her that she's actually going to Ancient Greece,
Her mom doesn't answer for a moment, then Naomi hears her sigh heavily.
"Alright, but call me as soon as you get back. Understand?" her mom finally answers.
"Yes Mom, see you then."
"I love you Naomi."
"I love you too Mom. Bye."
"Goodbye Dear."
The phone goes silent.
Naomi sighs now.
"Everything alright?" Alonsa asks as she enters the room.
"Yeah, Mom just is being a mom." Naomi answers.
Alonsa chuckles.
"That's what moms do, Naomi. They love and worry." Alonsa says as she smiles.
Naomi chuckles, before her smile fades.
"What about Dads?" she asks.
Alonsa's grin fades.
"I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't know. The only Father figure I've ever had is the Lord." Alonsa says, "To tell you the truth, I never really even had a Mother."
Naomi's eyes widen.
To tell you the truth, Naomi has never thought about Alonsa in the light of actually having a family. It's never come up in conversation, so she's never thought about it. Now, as she looks back at the last five minutes of this conversatioin, she feels bad. Alonsa's sigh brings her back to reality.
"C'mon Naomi, time to go." Alonsa says as she walks out the door.
Naomi nods.
"Alright." Naomi says as she follows close behind.
As she follows, she watches as Alonsa's wings appear and spread wide across her back, the orange feathers shinging nicely against the hallway light. Soon the pair find themselves in a closed off room, no windows or a closet, just like a big box. As Naomi steps in, Alonsa closes the door behind them and locks the five (yes, five) locks, before she uses some weird spell to seal the door, making the room tottaly untouchable.
"Alright Naomi, remember what happened before?" Alonsa asks as she turns towards Naomi.
"Yeah, I'll probably be in control of Icicene's body when I get there, so I have to exit as soon as possible, then, like last time, I float there and watch what happens." Naomi answers.
Alonsa nods.
"That's about it."
"Hey, question."
"Yes?"
"Will I be able to make contact with Icicene like I was able to with Calankaiana?"
Alonsa thinks for moment, before answering.
"It's a possibility, but I really don't know." Alonsa answers.
"I guess we'll find out when we get there, right?" Naomi says, smiling.
Alonsa grins.
"That's right."
Naomi laughs. After a moment, the two fall quiet.
"Are you ready?" Alonsa asks.
Naomi sighs.
"Ready as I'll ever be." she answers.
Alonsa nods, before breathing in a deep breath.
"Nympha Somnii, Regina Maeve! Portam Aperiens ad Se Nos Alliciat!" Alonsa chants.
Suddenly, Naomi feels her heartbeat fasten with each word spoken, and her head begins to thud hard, as if a almighty migraine is taking form in her brain.
"Goddess Hera,
God Zeus,
Princess of Sweet Memory,
Allow her to rise,
Take Heed,
Fly,
Unlock the mind,
Awaken, Icicene!" Alonsa chants.
As Icicene's name hits Naomi's ear drums, her body feels numb, and like last, she drops to her hands and knees, breathing hard as her soul begins to travel back. Once again, the world around her begins to fade out, leaving only one known entity in her midst. Alonsa.
"That's right Naomi, open yourself to Icicene's pressence, and travel back, back to the world of Ancient Greece..." Alonsa instructs, her voice fading out, Naomi's world going black.

Ancient Greece
Seleucid Empire
Mesopotamia
206 BCE
Slowly, light begins to filter into Naomi's eyes, the unusual soreness feeling somewhat nostalgic. She sits up to see that she's in a larger then normal bed, about the same size as Calankaiana's had been. Two posters run up the sides of the head of the bed, sheer white fabric hanging beautifully from the tops. She removes the elegant bedding and steps onto the cool white marble, trying to take in the beautiful architecture, as well as the hand crafted furnishings. A vanity similar to one she had had in Egypt sits nearby next to a large standing mirror, encased in silver and more white marble. A white wardrobe sits against the wall paraell to the side of the bed, a familar chest sitting beside it, a lock put fast on it, as if the contents of inside are too sacred to be shared. She turns and looks towards two french looking doors, hidden by silks and sheer fabrics hanging gracefully from the ceiling, swaying swiftly in the small breeze coming from outside. She takes heave to run out to the balcony, taken away by the beautiful scenery. The green, lush forest from her dream looks more lively against the bright sunlight now that she sees it in through real eyes, the marble temples for the great Gods and Goddesses peaking out through the canopy with such distinition that it's uncany. She chuckles and turns back towards the room, seeming to skip back into the colossal room. It's now that she finally realizes that she's in Icicene's body, not her own. Though, since she hasn't yet felt Icicene's pressence, she had tottaly forgotten. She turns and catches herself in the mirror, and sighs, happy to see the same person looking back at her, only wearing a simple white night gown, a shawl like top covering her shoulders. Though, as she looks, she notices that her eyes are no longer hazel, but the brightest of crystal blue, something that she's never imagined herself owning. She looks over at the vanity and glimpes a beautiful piece. A tiara, though not really a tiara truly. It looks like gold leaves, something that reminds Naomi of marble statues of the Gods and Goddesses, with a large, shining emerald encased in the middle. She sighs, happy by the sight.
"My lady, are you awake yet, Your Highness?"
"Yes Asia." Naomi answers.
But it wasn't her that said it. She grasps herself. Icicene somehow spoke out!
Within seconds, the wooden door opens to reveal Asia, Alonsa's second idenity. Still as beautiful as ever as she walks in, a simple dress drapped across her body, revealing her flat stomach.
"LET ME OUT, WHOEVER YOU ARE!" a sudden voice yells from Naomi's core.
Icicene is awake, alive, and kicking,
Naomi uses her knowledge from last time to escape Icicene's body, living her to slightly collapse to the ground, and almost stopping Asia's heart.
"Your Majesty!" Asia yells as she runs to Icicene's side, holding her close as Icicene tries to stand back up.
Naomi looks down to see herself back in her modern outfit, causing her to sigh. Though, until a hard hit to the head takes her by surprise.
"OUFF!" Naomi says as she tumples in the air, before turning to see Alonsa staring her down, "What was that for?!"
"For not immediately leaving Icicene's body like I told you to!" Alonsa yells back, irritated.
They glare at each other for a few moments, before they finally get over it, looking back down at the situation below.
"Your Highness, are you alright?" Asia asks.
Icicene nods.
"Yes, I am fine. Just got dizzy I supose." Icicene says as she stands up straight.
Asia looks concerned for a moment, before sighing.
"Alright, well, it's time for you to get dressed." Asia says as she walks over to the wardrobe, opening one of the large doors, revealing many white outfits.
After a few minutes, Naomi finds herself once again going goo-goo eyed over the beautiful dress her incarnation wears, the fabric the richest of white silks, the top kinda looking like a renisance version of an 80's shirt girls wear nowadays in the modern world. A large gold waist band holds the dress in place, allowing the skirt to flow elegantly over her white sandals. Most of her long, chestnut hair is in a braid, some of her shorter locks braided around her head, slightly above her ears, leaving her signature bangs to hang naturally as they always have. Gold strands tied with metalic beads are braided in with her hair, reflecting any light that comes down on her as she moves, matching her gold, dew-drop earrings, upper arm bands, and carved cuffs. The two last pieces that go on are her beautiful tiara, sitting perfectly on her head, then something that immediately catches Naomi's eye. A choker like necklace, strung with what looks like small emeralds and pearls, is tied around her neck. And, in the middle of the necklace, lays the opal that Calankaiana had worn before her and the same one that Naomi yearns to own.
As for makeup, a simple concealer-like paste is put over Icicene's imperfections, if any, followed by a dim pink lip stain and over exaggerated eye liner, and light green eye shadow, causing a slight smokey eye that compliments Icicene's briliant bright blue eyes. Naomi grins as she watches Icicene get up from the vanity, looking more like a goddess then anything else.
"Dang, I look good!" Naomi says, made happy by Icicene's appearance.
Alonsa laughs, humored by Naomi's fasination with herself.
Though, she stops instantly when she notices Icicene react.
"Princess? What's wrong?" Asia asks.
Icicene glimpses in Naomi's and Alonsa's direction, putting them both on edge.
"For some odd reason, I feel as if someone is watching us." Icicene answers.
Naomi grins with the happiest feelings. Icicene sees her.
